Invest in yourself

I wasn’t sure how to write this post. I was going to do a top 10 ways to improve your life, but that just sounded condescending. Instead, I landed on writing the way I most enjoy. By letting you, the reader, examine my life under a microscope.

So let us backtrack to three years ago in Joplin, Missouri. I was in a new town again. I was working for the railroad and my mental and physical health was in a nose dive. I was in a rut.
