So you just got off work and the house is a mess. There are dirty clothes on the floor that never seem to go away. A sink full of dishes that are always there. Your floor could probably be swept. You just got done working 12 hours and now that you’re home, there seems to be even more work to be done.

Next thing you know you’re on the couch, scrolling through Facebook. You see friends and family that seem to have it all together. That just makes you feel even more down in the dumps. Finally, you just give up…
